We offer 100% refund (excluding freight) of the purchase price on all products within 14 days. Providing the goods are returned unused and in all original packaging. In all other situations, where there is a fault with the goods please contact us as a matter of urgency. Please contact us for a Return Authority number, as this will expedite your refund.
We will email you once goods are returned and credit your original payment source within 48 hours.

Due to the range and size of products we use the most appropriate and cost effective freight methods. If you have special requirements please include them in your order or contact customer service.
Goods that are in-stock will generally be dispatched on the day of purchase (if ordered by 12 noon Melbourne EST.) In some cases this may take up to 3 working days. Out of stock goods will not be charged to your payment method until you are advised of the due date and you accept the arrangements.
